Woman in Videoconference Videoconferencing adds value to business communication in ways that go beyond controlling costs and boosting productivity. The most common way is to build knowledge through information exchange. Business leaders who use videoconferencing to access and share global information may improve their competitive position, which translates into increased profits.

The room rental rate for one hour is $200. Clients expecting to conduct at least five hours of videoconferences may elect to join the Ambassador Club. Ambassador Club members are eligible to purchase 10 hours in advance for $1,000. A 50 percent discount off of the normal room rate.

Bryant College has multi-point bridging equipment, which enables us to connect three or four sites together for a multi-point videoconference. The charge for this service is $30 per site per hour. Following is a complete list of equipment and services:

  2. Additional charges apply for technical support after normal working hours.
  3. Telecommunication charges vary based on the number of ISDN telephone lines used, the length and distance of the video call, and the rate structure of the long distance carrier. For an estimate of line charges for any time frame or destination, please telephone our office.
